We went through a few changes last year, whilst being acquired by The Call Centre Group, we also had a facelift.
Whilst being under the strong arm of The Call Centre Group, £4m is being invested over the next few years. With the aim to create 200 new jobs at our Liverpool contact centre. This will raise staff numbers from 40 to 250 highly trained call handlers who will handle thousands of inbound calls around the clock.
The Call Centre Group is one of the largest privately-owned businesses in the call handling and outsourced customer service sector, with a broad range of private and public sector clients.
Alongside this exciting news, we have completely rebranded The Contact People and are sporting a new look with an updated website and logo to match!
As the brand already has a strong and trusted heritage; we know how important it is to keep The Contact People true to what you know. That’s why elements such as the ‘wi-fi ’ symbol in our logo were kept. This enabled the spaces to be created within the ‘360 concentric circles’.
The spaces in the logo depict the ‘openness’ of The Contact People team, which enables clients, customers and employees unique direct access or ‘pathway’ to the management team; allowing discussion, conversation and a distinctive approach to solutions. They also depict the learning and flexibility of The Contact People. The outer ‘360o concentric circle’ shows learnt behaviour and client unity.
The colours in our new look have a lot of significance too, the purple conveys regality, eccentricity, luxury and sophistication. The blue conveys strength, dependable, calm and freshness whilst the green conveys growth, renewal, reassurance and safety.
The Contact People will still be the tried and trusted brand that you’ve always known. We will continue to provide inbound customised call-handling, emergency call-out support, social media and live chat handling, as well as managing multilingual calls and card payments.
